The Vermeer VR1224 wheel rake is the newest addition to Vermeer's line of high-capacity cart-mounted wheel rakes. These rakes are designed and manufactured in Pella, Iowa by Vermeer employees. The VR1224 wheel rake is very easy to use. All adjustments are easy to make. The operator can adjust the rake width as well as the windrow width, all without turning a wrench. The patented rubber torsion suspension system can also be adjusted for a firmer or softer setting without tools. The VR1224 also offers the flexibility to rake on one side only, either left or right, if the operator simply chooses to turn the windrow. The sturdy frame with a 6"x4" inch section, combined with a high-clearance design that allows heavy crops to pass easily under the frame, makes the VR1224 a robust, high-capacity rake.
